The Upcycle(d) Life is a community/planet-focused L3C. Our mission is to help our communities reduce personal and public waste through the art of upcycling. Upcycling transforms would-be waste materials into new, useful and beautiful products. The majority of T.U.L. products are created from my personal home and office waste. These new products vary from wearables, i.e. jewelry and fabric accessories, to home goods such as natural dyes and household cleansers, and specialty items like candles, faux leather, stationary, bowls, vases, tables, and wall décor. In the future, trash collected from community clean-ups will be used as material for The Upcycle(d) Life's repurposed goods.

I'm a Graphic Artist specializing in both Traditional and Digital Media ranging from graphite and color pencils, acrylic, watercolor, Clip Studio Paint, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Erica is known for her hand-crafted cowrie shell pieces ranging from necklaces, bracelets, rings, and hair jewelry. She also uses recyclable fabrics to create unique fashionable jewelry pieces. Using my Samsung Galaxy Tablet, I'll be demonstrating how I create and digitally color a character AND some shortcuts using assets in Clip Studio Paint. Erica will be demonstrating how to make jewelry out of agricultural materials such as Job's Tears.
